BILL OF RIGHTS

Oregon's Foster Children's Bill of Rights and Foster Children's Sibling Bill of Rights are designed to inform foster children of their rights within the child welfare system. Both documents come in two versions - one for older children, and a simplified version that is more accessible for younger readers.  Each Bill of Rights is posted below, along with a button to download it as a printable PDF:
